Gisela is a part-time PhD student in the Worcester Business School at the University of Worcester. Her main research interest is the evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility, specifically socially innovative ethical decision-making.
Gisela's research focuses on "Understanding the definition and application of Ethicality in socially innovative tech-based start-ups."
Her supervisors are Dr Catharine Ross and Dr Paulo Mora-Avila.
Gisela also works as a Senior Associate in Online Safety at Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator, where she works to make a positive impact on the lives and online experiences of people in the UK.
