At Worcester we offer high-quality apprenticeships designed in partnership with employers so you can grow your workforce while people earn, learn and gain nationally recognised qualifications.  

Through our apprenticeship strategy we seek to meet the national and regional skills needs to develop our future workforce. This was supported by Ofsted in 2023, when we achieved an overall grade of ‘Good’, with inspectors recognising university leaders had a clear focus for their provision, and apprenticeships directly respond to local and regional priorities.

We are extremely proud to have supported over 200 apprentices to successfully complete their apprenticeship across health, education and business - with 100% of our employer partners consistently giving us a rating of good or excellent in the overall delivery of our apprenticeship programmes.
