Marwa has been actively engaged in the higher education sector for over fifteen years, delivering a wide range of thought-provoking and dynamic modules both in the UK and internationally.
She is deeply passionate about creating learning experiences that are meaningful, inclusive, and enjoyable for all. Her teaching approach is rooted in creativity and experiential learning, using methods such as case studies, simulations, films, storytelling, visual illustrations, and group reflections to bring concepts to life. Marwa firmly believes that learning should be engaging, enriching, and inspiring. Her aim is to foster a learning environment where students feel empowered to explore with curiosity, build resilience, and grow in confidence.

Research interests
Marwa’s research is situated at the intersection of leadership, organisational learning, and change, with a particular interest in how individuals and organisations adapt, reflect, and grow, especially within emotionally complex and dynamic contexts. Her work bridges theory and practice, offering insight into the psychological and organisational dimensions of leadership and management.
