Dale graduated in 2018 and went on to work across MSK Physiotherapy. He has experience in outpatient clinics, occupational health and elite sport.
He moved into academia at The University of Worcester in 2022 while also practising clinically in Gloucestershire. His roles at The University of Worcester include; module leader across MSc (pre-reg), year 2 lead MSc (Pre-reg) Physiotherapy, MSc dissertation supervisor, admissions tutor and personal academic tutor.
Dale is now developing his research career and is an active member of the Living Well with Long-Term Conditions research group. His research is currently focussed on Farming with Arthritis and Psychologically Informed Physiotherapy.
Dale aims to use his clinical and research experience, to create an engaging and real-world learning experience.

Research Interests
Dale’s primary research interests centre around living well with long term conditions such as Arthritis or persistent pain. He is an active member of the Living with Long-Term Conditions Research Group and early career researcher.
He has published 2 papers to date in peer-reviewed journals including BMJ Open (Impact Factor: 2.7) and the Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy- JOSPT (Impact Factor: 6.4). Dale is also a co-investigator in the project entitled: Arthritis and farmers in England: Impacts, adaptations and prevention and is currently investigating the implementation of psychologically informed practice in pre-registration physiotherapy education.
