Scholarships for your country

Undergraduate scholarships for Nepalese applicants:

If you are applying for an undergraduate degree at the University of Worcester with your School Leaving Certificate (Grade 11 & 12) or your Proficiency Certificate in Nursing, you may be eligible for scholarships listed below:

60%-69.99% = £1,000 scholarship/per year

70%-79.99% = £2,000 scholarship/per year

80%+ = £3,000 scholarship/per year

Postgraduate scholarships for Nepalese applicants:

If you are applying for a postgraduate programme at the University of Worcester with an existing undergraduate degree from a recognised university in Nepal, you may be eligible for scholarships listed below:

55%-59.99% = £2,000

60%+ = £3,000

Entry requirements

Please use the information below as a guide for our standard entry requirements. Other qualifications, such as work experience, may also be taken into consideration in addition to the requirements listed below and all applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Higher National Diploma (HND) or Foundation (FdA/FdSc) courses may ask for a lower grade and some specialist BA/BSc courses may have a higher requirement. Specific course requirements can be found on individual course pages.

Undergraduate (courses requiring a UCAS tariff range of 96-112)Postgraduate

Applicants with a School Leaving Certificate (Grade 11 & 12) minimum GPA of 2.4 out of 4.0 / 60%, with 2.6 / 65% in English* OR an IELTS of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component) or equivalent will be considered for admission to our undergraduate degree courses. 

Other equivalent English qualifications will be considered.

*Please note that this English requirement currently only applies to non-nursing courses. Nursing applicants must have IELTS.

Pass the Nepalese Bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% or higher, with minimum 2.6 / 65% in English from the School Leaving Certificate (Grade 11 & 12)* OR an IELTS of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component) or equivalent will be considered for admission to our postgraduate degree courses.

Other equivalent English qualifications will be considered.

*Please note that this English requirement currently only applies to non-nursing courses. Nursing applicants must have IELTS.
