Rowena is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Black & White Boutique, Franco Florenzi and Enjiie. She started her entrepreneurial journey aged 16 and has since won several prestigious awards:
- Lloyds Bank Enterprise Awards (2014) – Best Digital Heat Winner
- Midlands Business Awards (2015) – Midlands Young Entrepreneur of the Year
- Midlands Business Awards (2015) – Exporter of the Year (Turnover under £1Million)
- Clothiers Company (2016) - Most Promising Entrepreneur
Her areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, e-commerce, social media marketing and international trade.
Rowena aims to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, by encouraging students to be creative and to think outside the box.
