Roisin joined the Paramedic Science team in May 2025 as Practice Facilitator/Lecturer. She joined the Ambulance service in 1995 and qualified as a Paramedic in 2000. During her 30 year career she worked frontline in Birmingham for 22 years before moving to Worcester Hub to take on the role of Clinical Team Mentor. She completed her BSc (Hons) in Paramedic Practice and is keen to share her extensive experience with all students to encourage their growth and scope of practice in emergency frontline work.

Teaching Interests
Roisin is particularly interested in communication skills and information gathering techniques to enhance the medic/patient relationship. She is also interested and continues to enhance her own knowledge around Safeguarding and its importance within the Paramedic role.
