After starting her career on the Brand Management graduate programme at Cadbury, Nikki worked on a variety of brand and marketing roles in a number of FMCG categories including confectionery, cheese and coffee, at both Cadbury and later Kraft Foods (now Mondalez).

She also has Financial Services experience through an interim post as Head of Brand at Barclaycard; experience of cross-territory co-ordination of marketing initiatives through a senior interim assignment within the Central European team at SC Johnson and experience of the Foodservice channel through an interim assignment at McCormick (Schwartz herbs and spices).

Working both independently and through associate relationships with training and marketing consultancies, Nikki has worked with a broad range of clients to help them improve their marketing, brand and commercial skillsets through provision of an end-to-end service from TNA, to project scoping, design and development of content, to deliver and post-evaluation.

Nikki also develops and delivers interventions using Positive Psychology such as training and coaching in Resilience, Psychological well-being, Strengths and more, for both commercial clients and those in the Education sector. Clients include large multinationals such as Mars USA, Mars UK, Johnson and Johnson, Nestle Purina, Bayer, GSK, Energizer, Hasbro and Ferrero to smaller SMEs such as Wickes, Organix, Nelson Thornes, Creta Farms and The Garden Design School, to schools and public sector bodies.
