Natacha Barrett is a Senior Lecturer and Placement Lead on the Physician Associate programme at the University of Worcester. She is passionate about supporting students throughout their professional journey and ensuring they benefit from high-quality, inclusive placement experiences.
Her role combines teaching, student support and placement leadership, working closely with NHS and primary care partners to develop meaningful clinical learning opportunities. Natacha has a particular interest in clinical education, professional development and preparing future healthcare professionals to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. She is committed to building strong relationships with students, placement providers and colleagues to enhance both the quality of healthcare education and the overall student experience.
