Joanne Reid is a Lecturer in Digital Business. She holds a PhD in Business and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Since joining the University of Worcester in 2015, she has taught across both Business and Computing disciplines, reflecting her interdisciplinary background. Her teaching and research interests focus on the use of technology to support innovation and digital transformation in business environments. This includes using technology and digital strategies for marketing and commerce. She also has an interest in how technology can enhance the learning and teaching experience.
