Emma graduated from the University of Worcester in 2025 with a First Class degree in Sport and Exercise Science.

Emma now works at the university as a Research Associate alongside Dr Jessica Mee and the Female Heat Laboratory, contributing to a UKRI funded research project on improving female health and performance by mitigating heat strain. Prior to securing the formal role, she was a placement student as a Research Assistant with the Female Heat Laboratory during the final year of her undergraduate degree.

Emma is currently completing a PhD at the University of Worcester, researching chronic and acute thermophysiological responses in females across the lifespan.
