Donna qualified as an Adult Nurse in 2006 and began her career in Oncology and Haematology. She later moved on to work in Community and District Nursing and progressed her career in this field, becoming an Integrated Operational Service Lead of Community Services in 2016 after gaining a First Class Honours Degree as a Specialist Community Practitioner in 2015.
In 2019 she took a side step into Education and became the Education and Learning Lead at St Richard's Hospice. Whilst in post Donna trained in her own time as a Solution Focused Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. As this passion project grew and developed Donna left her permanent post at St Richards and began to develop her own business in this field.
Donna maintained a Bank role at St Richards, teaching, supporting HR based projects, and providing patient facing care. In addition, she commenced at the University of Worcester as an Associate Lecturer in Nursing.
Having loved the Associate Lecturer role, Donna was overjoyed when she was offered a part time Lecturer post, allowing her to focus her Nursing on the field of academia, whilst retaining her own business.
