            Dessy is part-time PhD student in Worcester Business School at the University of Worcester. 
Dessy’s main research interest is in the application of conversational agents in the area of the consumer journey for students in the HE sector. Her PhD research concerns finding an effective use of conversational AI tools such as chatbots throughout different stages of the consumer journey. This study will look at the specific journey higher education students experience before, during and after their time at university.
Her supervisors are Dr Ria Wiid and Dr Wilson Ozuem.
Dessy is very grateful to The University of Law for funding her PhD programme.
In addition to working towards her PhD, Dessy works as an Academic Resources and Quality Manager at the University of Law Business School
