Joined University of Worcester in January 2026 after holding a role as Course Director for MSc Dietetics at Coventry University and regularly taught undergraduate and post graduate students. Before moving into academia, Danielle worked as a team lead senior specialist paediatric dietitian in a large NHS teaching hospital. Danielle's interests include paediatrics, fertility and maternal health, leadership in healthcare, simulation-based learning, and creating engaging learning experiences that help students connect theory to practice. She is passionate about helping students develop into confident, reflective, and empathetic healthcare professionals. To keep her teaching current and evidence-based practice up to date, Danielle is actively involved in several British Dietetic Association (BDA) Specialist Groups.
