It's the perfect opportunity to discover what Worcester has to offer, build your confidence and start feeling part of our community before teaching begins.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved throughout the Welcome Festival, including social events, taster sessions, the Welcome Fair, campus tours and activities hosted by the Students' Union and the University.

Make the most of your first weeks at Worcester and earn rewards for getting involved.
As you attend Welcome Festival and induction events, you can collect points towards a range of rewards. Simply scan the event QR code when you arrive to record your attendance.
Use the Welcome Programme to discover events and plan your Welcome Festival experience, then check in when you attend.
Academic Induction
Alongside Welcome Festival activities, you'll take part in your academic induction.
This is your opportunity to meet your lecturers, get to know your course, connect with fellow students and prepare for the start of teaching. Your academic school will provide details of your induction timetable and any activities you need to attend.
