I am a member of the Leadership, Management and Human Resources subject group at the University of Worcester. I joined the University of Worcester in September 2014. I have a PhD degree in Business Administration (Decision Making and Risk Analysis) from Manchester Business School, MSc Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering with specialisation in Construction Project Management from Al-Baath University, Syria. I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).


Before joining the University of Worcester I worked as a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at the University of Bedfordshire Business School for 3 years. Professionally, I worked as a construction project manager in Syria between 2003 and 2006.
