Kim has 30 years acute experience in adult nursing across Critical Care and Renal specialities. She is passionate about passing on knowledge and skills to enable students to undertake the art and science or nursing. Kim has a keen interest in how new graduate nurses integrate into critical care after registration and how this affects their socialisation and subsequent learning.
