Welcome to Registry Services

Registry Services is the central academic and administrative support department of the University for staff and students.
These pages contain information about the different sections of the Department (Recruitment & Admissions, Programme Advisory Service, Data Management Unit and Student Records), details of the regulations and procedures and supporting documentation.

Who are we?

Registry Services is composed of 4 distinct offices:

  • Admissions - For new and incoming students
  • Student Records - For current students
  • Programme Advisers
  • Data Management

Where are we located?

Registry Services is based in the Woodbury Building. The Student Records Office and Admissions Office are located opposite each other.  Each office has a networked terminal for students to access their SOLE page etc.

A further three networked terminals are available for student access at the Student Services Enquiry Desk (also located in the Woodbury Building). Students without internet access at home are free to use these terminals in the summer to complete on-line registration.

The documents available on these web pages have been produced in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word. If you do not have a copy of this software you can download a reader/viewer which will allow you to see/print the documents.
