Whether you need advice on paying tuition fees, help finding an obscure book, access to the internet, a dentist, or language lessons, we have the technology, services and resources to ensure that your time with us is stimulating and productive.
Whatever the issue – financial, academic, personal, or administrative – we have experienced and sympathetic people, support groups and advice centres to help you.

Student Services is the place to go if you have any queries relating to:

- Health and well being
- Disability support
- Personal problems
- Work or further study
- Improving your study skills
- They also have an on-campus nursery and multi-faith chaplaincy.

The Students’ Union: Offers impartial advice and representation to all students on a wide range of academic and accommodation issues
Registry Services: offers advice on matters relating to your academic work including registration, module selection, assessment and graduation
Information and Learning Services: helps you get the most out of our wide range of learning resources, including the library, on campus computers and the wireless network and the online learning environment
