Student Car Parking Permits

  • Student car parking permits for those students resident more than one mile from St Johnís (Severn Gate entrance)* will be available at £150 per annum, valid from 1st September 2017 to 31st August 2018.
  • Students requiring a permit for a set 6 month semester period, who are resident more than one mile from St Johnís†(1st September 2017 Ė 31st January 2018; or 1st February 2018 to 31st August 2018 inclusive) will be able to purchase a permit for these periods for £88.
  • £88 Severn campus permit. This permit will allow parking at the Severn campus at all times Monday to Friday, and other University campuses outside 9am Ė 5pm Monday to Friday, and anytime at weekends, bank holidays and during the months July and August 2018. This permit is also available to staff and members of the public (e.g. sports centre users).
  • Students living on campus and within one mile of St Johnís (Severn Gate entrance) are strongly discouraged from bringing a car onto campus between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Car parking permits for those who are resident on campus or less than one mile from St Johnís (Severn Gate entrance) will be available at £325 per set semester period (1st September 2017 Ė 31st January 2018; or 1st February 2018 to 31st August 2018 inclusive). This includes residents of St Johnís Campus, residents of City Campus and all other halls of residence. For students on a Nursing/Midwifery/Teaching course that requires travel to and from a placement throughout the semester,†the cost of this permit is reduced to £250.
  • £35 Off peak permit. This permit will only allow parking on University campuses outside the peak hours of 9am Ė 5pm Monday to Friday, anytime at weekends, bank holidays and during the months July and August 2018. This permit is also available to staff and members of the public (e.g. sports centre users).

*Students living in University Halls of Residence are regarded as resident less than one mile from St Johnís campus.

The University of Worcester does not accept postal applications. Please download and complete the application forms on this page. Visit firstpoint with your application form and proof of term time address from the 1st September 2017, to collect your parking permit.
