Michelle Morgan joined the University of Worcester Institute of Sport and Exercise Science full-time in 2011, after fulfilling a number of part-time roles within the Institute during both her under-graduate and MSc studies. Michelle has a range of experiences in sports coaching (both in the UK and USA) with a Netball specialism as a UKCC Level 3 coach; along with developing students' employability, both of which are utilised within her current role.

Michelle teaches on a number of modules within the Institute of Sport and Exercise Science, focusing predominantly on Sports Coaching, Reflective Practise and Work-Based Learning.
