Following registration I have a background of medical nursing specialising in diabetes management across healthcare settings. I currently hold a senior clinical leadership role in Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. I have experience of implementing service improvement trust wide and across the local health economy. Development of advanced nursing practice across Diabetes and Cardiology specialist nursing.

I have worked for both the West Midlands Strategic Health Authority to support the Implementation of Think Glucose across the West Midlands Acute Trusts and the NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement as a facilitator.
