  • 11:00am - 1:00pm
  • Charles Hastings Reception, City Campus

Enjoy free hot drinks, gentle conversation‑starter activities, and take‑away tea packs to share with a friend. You’ll also be able to speak with staff and find out about the wellbeing support available at Worcester.

Free hot drinks, a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, and simple activities designed to help students connect with others. Take‑away tea packs encourage connection beyond the event, and staff from Student Support & Wellbeing will be available for informal conversations and signposting throughout the session.

Do I need to book?
No, it’s a drop‑in event. Come along any time between 11am and 1pm.

Is it really free?
Yes, all drinks, activities, and take‑away items are free for students.

Do I have to talk to anyone?
Not at all. You’re welcome to sit quietly, join in an activity, or chat if you want to.

Who is this event for?
All students, whether you want to meet people, unwind, or learn about support on campus.

Will staff be available if I have questions?

Yes. Student Life Advisers and Wellbeing Champions will be on hand for friendly, informal chats about wellbeing or support options.

Is this the same as the Tuesday event?
It’s the same cosy “Fancy a Cuppa?” set‑up, but without Lush; Thursday focuses on connection‑building activities and wellbeing conversations.
