Join us on Friday, 6th February 2026, for one of the biggest events of Race Equality Week — our vibrant Community Festival, taking place in the SU Quad from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This exciting outdoor event brings staff, students, and community partners together for a day filled with celebration, learning, and cultural connection.
The festival will feature a diverse range of external organisations dedicated to promoting equality, culture, and social justice. Come along to meet and engage with groups such as:
- Worcester Afro-Caribbean Association
- Worcester Mela
- City council Sanctuary
- Worcestershire Black Cultural Association
- Birmingham Commonwealth Association
- Worcester Welcome Refugee group
- Jamaica Wah Ghan Restaurant
- Stand up to racism and many others
