Why connection helps wellbeing
Building social connections and feeling part of a community are important aspects of wellbeing. Taking time to connect with others, have a conversation, or simply share a space with people can help reduce feelings of loneliness and support a positive university experience.
“Fancy a Cuppa?” isn't a support group or a formal wellbeing session. It's simply a friendly space where students can take a break, enjoy a drink, meet others, and feel welcome within the University community.
