The How's it Going webpage is produced by the Student Achievement Team

The Student Achievement Team works with students, academic departments and support services to enhance the quality of the student experience at the University of Worcester. We work with students in the following ways:

• Developing comprehensive induction programmes for new students
• Supporting student transition into higher education through pre-entry and post-induction initiatives 
• Enabling students to develop higher education study skills through the provision of online and hard copy resources and a programme of study skill sessions, including re-assessment support. 

We also work internally with academic and support departments by:

• Providing retention and achievement statistics and analysis
• Participating in the review and development of learning and teaching issues such as the personal tutor scheme, student feedback and referencing developments
• Reviewing and implementing appropriate exit procedures and data collection
• Evaluating the student experience in order to inform developments within the University
