Albany Court, The Old Post Office, Sansome Hall

Located in the city centre less than 10 minutes walk from the City Campus, we have three properties totalling 160 rooms. All rooms are ensuite and all are finished to a high standard.

Unlike the rest of our accommodation, all of these properties are leased by the University, however if you are allocated to one of these, the University will still be your landlord. As your landlord, we will be responsible for organising maintenance and repairs, and also be responsible for the collection of your rent. There may be slight differences in provision between the halls, for example at Sansome Hall washing machines and dryers are provided in all flats, however all benefit from free insurance, gym membership, and University in-house Security response.
