Craig successfully blends his passion for student learning and employability in his roles at the University of Worcester where he is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching Science, and the Course Leader for the Integrated Masters in Cricket Coaching and Management degree.

Craig has an extensive network of sports clubs and organisations in the region. Students utilise Craig’s connections to secure work-based learning opportunities in both a paid and voluntary capacity.  He is a member of the School's Employability Action Group.

Craig is part of the Football Association tutor workforce where he delivers on the UEFA C and B courses.  Craig’s innovative approach to coach education and the delivery of his academic modules, led to him receiving the University's Outstanding Lecturer Award in 2019 at the annual Students' Union Awards.

Craig is a strong advocate of student sport and has experience as an elite student mentor for bursary and scholarship student athletes and performance coaches across a range of sports.
