Sarah is a media professional who has worked as a Script Editor, Drama Series Editor and Producer across both independent television and the BBC. She is also a full voting member of BAFTA and continues to write and develop her own work.

Sarah also has extensive experience working in Higher Education at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and is particularly focussed on the development and production of student work. She recently published Monologues for Life (2013), an edited collection of original student writing that gave students a publishing credit whilst still at university.

Teaching & Research

Sarah is currently studying for a PhD in Humanities through Creative Practice and is particularly interested in understanding the link between the writer and the creation of emotional impact through the screenplay form.

Sarah has written, developed and produced a number of projects including most recently the short animation Placebo (2013) starring the voice talents of Bill Nighy and Frances Barber. She is currently writing a screenplay as part of her PhD and developing a stage play.
