I qualified in 2014 and initially gained a wide range of experience in senior rotational roles within the NHS. I have worked in diverse settings including ITU, respiratory, stroke rehabilitation and trauma and orthopaedics before specialising in Musculoskeletal Outpatients.
I joined the University of Worcester in 2018. As Practice Education Lead for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, I enjoy a key role in the education of allied health professionals and the promotion of interprofessional learning and holistic healthcare. I enjoy building relationships with local practice partners and helping our students prepare for their clinical placements and entry into the qualified workforce.
A keen runner, cyclist, and triathlete I have completed numerous marathon and ultra-marathon distances and have previously represented Great Britain at European level in age-group duathlon. I am also a committee member for a local running club, with a particular passion for improving inclusivity for the local community and the visually impaired.

I teach and support students on both the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy BSc and MSc programmes, promoting inter-professional learning. I deliver teaching on preparation for practice and coaching for practice across all Practice Learning modules.
