Musab is a full-time PhD student at The Worcester Business School. 

Musab’s research interest focuses around the disciplines of leadership research, and he is keen to explore both current and new ways of thinking about leadership in the context of a particular geographic/cultural context.

Musab's PhD research aims to explore ethical leadership within the Omani context through the perceptions and views of leaders and employees in the Omani oil sector. This study will recruit 40 participants, 20 leaders and 20 employees from the oil sector in Oman. The data will be collected by conducting face-to-face semi-structured interviews to gather in-depth information in order to understand the meanings behind participants’ perceptions of ethical leadership.

His supervisors are Dr Scott Andrews and Dr Catharine Ross and Dr Sa’ad Ali.

Prior to commencing his PhD, Musab worked as an Admin Officer at Royal Air Force of Oman for 12 years.
