 In 2002 she moved to mainstream secondary and taught A-Level Psychology and Health and Social Care. In 2008 Judy joined the University of Worcester as a senior lecturer and established the PGCE Psychology PGCE course.  She completed her Masters' researching on the issues of Widening Participation for Worcestershire secondary school pupils. 

Judy has presented at a number of conferences sharing work on supporting “complicated” trainees. She has held external examiner roles for a number of years and is currently an examiner at Winchester University. She is a fellow of the HEA.
