John is a part-time PhD student in Worcester Business School. John’s main research interest is in supply chain and reverse logistics. His PhD is in researching methods that will help to improve the management of returns for firms, with particular interests in cost management and the e-commerce sector.
His supervisors are Dr Taroun, Dr Garfield and Mr Bernon.
In addition to working towards his PhD, John is an experienced supply chain professional currently engaged in consultancy assignments across the UK.
