Inga is part time DBA student in the Worcester Business School at the University of Worcester.

Inga’s main research interest is in the area of digital transformation. Especially concerning the changing demands placed on the competencies of people by the progressive transformation of the world of work through digital technologies. Her qualitative research project focuses on gaining knowledge by collecting data from experts from German Mittelstand.

Her supervisors are Professor John Sparrow and Dr Holly Andrews.

Inga is very grateful to bluecue consulting for funding her DBA.

Before starting her professional career, Inga worked for 1.5 years as a research assistant at the Chair of Human Resources, Organisation and Corporate Management at Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Bielefeld University after completing her Master's degree.

In addition to working towards her DBA Inga works as a business development consultant in the field of digital transformation at bluecue consulting.
