Since January 2015 Anne has taken new responsibilities at the University as Director of Arts and Culture, the strategic lead to ensure inspiring, inclusive arts and cultural opportunities.

For the last ten years as Director of Information and Learning Services, she led the University of Worcester team in the partnership development of The Hive with Worcestershire County Council - the award winning first integrated university and public library in Europe. The Hive has won national recognition including the Guardian Universities Award in 2012 for the best Contribution to the Local Community, the Times Higher Education Award in 2013 for the most Outstanding University Library Team, and several national awards (including the Royal Institute of British Architects) for its innovative design.

Anne also led the successful bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund which resulted in the opening of the Infirmary Medical Museum at the City campus in the former Georgian hospital, and the establishment of the associated education and community programmes.
