The Language Centre offer support to students for whom English is not their first language. Drop-in support is available from Monday-Friday from 12:30 to 14:30 in room 78 in the Language Centre. They can help you individually or in small groups with any specific English problems that you have with any of your studies at the University.

Masters support classes
In addition to booking a drop-in support session, Masters students whose first language is not English can attend special classes geared to their particular language needs.

Self study resources for English and modern foreign languages
The Language Centre also has a specialist library situated in Bredon stocking an extensive range of materials for learners of English as a foreign language, from beginner to advanced level. They also offer a range of language resources for beginners and post-beginners of Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
