Accreditation Scheme / HMO Licensing
The University works in close co-operation with Worcester City Council who are responsible for licensing 3 storey properties with 5 or more rooms under the recent HMO Legislation.

There is also an accreditation scheme operated by Worcester City Council which ensures good management and an adequate standard of accommodation for students.
The University of Worcester works closely with the Council and will only promote properties that are fully accredited.
Such properties are actively promoted free of charge to students searching for houses and are advertised on the University’s Accommodation Database.
