Sun XiaoSun Xiao

Having been acting as a practitioner in the area of international management training and development and management consultant for over ten years, I have decided to develop my career by doing full-time research since 2003 with the Worcester Business School.

My PhD research studies Chinese government management development initiatives in Western countries, particularly in the UK, and aims at developing an evaluation framework for management training and development in cross-cultural condition, which contributes to the theory of management development and evolution and cross-cultural research. 

Worcester is a beautiful and green city. And the people are friendly and warm, especially for those from overseas. I am well settled here, which provides me and my family a pleasant environment to live and work.
