Sports Coaching HND
Through a selection of practical and business-oriented management modules, this course will develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in sports coaching.
You will be equipped to cope with the challenges and issues in this dynamic and rapidly expanding sector.
The course is run in association with Stourbridge College and you will study at Stourbridge and the University of Worcester, taking advantage of the excellent facilities and support available at both campuses. Vocational throughout, you will benefit from applying the skills you learn to the workplace and have access to leisure facilities in Stourbridge to carry out work-based study.
On successful completion of the programme, there are opportunities to progress onto a linked BSc (Hons) degree programme at Worcester.

With more people playing sport and engaging in physical activity, there are new job opportunities in this sector. You will be prepared for a career as a sports coach, in sports development, sports administration, sports policy development or in health and fitness.
