Assessment

The aim of the Foundation Degree is to make you more effective at management level. It will provide you with practical transferable skills of immediate use in your career, through work-based assignments. These may take the form of reports, investigations, and group presentations.

The Foundation Degree develops your work-specific leadership & management skills. The course is ideally suited to those in their first leadership or management role or those aspiring to move their career in that direction. Owing to the work-based nature of the course, students would be encouraged to be employed in a suitable full or part time job.

On completion of the course you will have the opportunity to develop your career path and/or continue to study for a higher qualification.
