I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, which means that I am registered to practice as a counselling psychology practitioner. I therefore specialise in psychological therapies, mental health and personal development. I also sit on the British Psychological Society’s (BPS) Training Committee for Counselling Psychology.
Research
My research interests include, but are not restricted to, attitudes to mental health, de-stigmatisation of mental health, personal development and counselling psychology training.
