Dr Sandra Romenska teaches leadership, organisational change and human resource management. She joined the Worcester Business School in 2012 with experience in research on strategic foresight and decision-making, institutional innovation, entrepreneurship. She has delivered trainings and has been an invited speaker at the Project Management Institute Global Congress GAC Forum, the World Universities Forum at Davos, UNESCO and Fulbright events . She has managerial experience in the non-government and charity sector after working with Save the Children-UK. She has an MA from the University of Warwick and a DPhil from the University of Oxford.
