Samantha Sutton-Tsang is a Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies within the Institute of Education. Samantha currently lectures on the BA (hons) Early Childhood Professional Practice and the top up degree, Integrated Working with Children and Families, and Early Year Initial Teacher Training (EYITT). She also works closely with other members of the Centre for Early Childhood on the Foundation Degree in Early Years, working in partnership, delivering Higher Education with local colleges.

Before joining the Centre for Early Childhood at the University of Worcester, Samantha taught in an FE college delivering Early Years and Health and Social Care programmes. Whilst at the college, Samantha was also course leader and taught on the Foundation Degree in Early Years, to enable students on Early Years pathways to progress onto Higher Education within the FE college.

Samantha is a qualified teacher having previously taught in primary schools, working with children in the Foundation Stage, key stage 1 and key stage 2. In addition to primary education, she has worked in a range of early years settings during her training and undergraduate studies at the University of Worcester.
