A critical scholar with wide-ranging research interests across social and organisational development. Current inquiries examine many aspects of the relationship between government, business and society. Published research focuses on institutional and organisational values, the relationship between people and machines acting in networks and the factors that go to make up effective performances. Planned research will explore causality in the evaluation of emerging systems.
