Matt is a lecturer and entrepreneur who’s twin passions of business and education led to him becoming a specialist in helping people to create, grow and improve their ventures.

This unique combination of practitioner and educator distinguishes Matt from others in his field and, over a decade after he built his first business his achievements speak for themselves: thousands of successful students and mentees, national awards, multiple directorships, an internationally lauded e-learning platform and publications in both the academic press and the mainstream media.

Matt’s philosophy is to always keep learning, he believes that venture creation in any form is a process of iteration and that, through experience, knowledge and reflection almost anyone can build something that creates value for themselves and their communities.

Striving to apply this Matt chooses to work wherever possible, with people in real world situations. Helping them to discover their potential in practical ways, which allow them to make mistakes and learn from the experience. Once they’ve mastered this, it’s all about a cycle of development that encourages them to be that bit more amazing every time.
