Marc has amassed 30 years of applied strength and conditioning experience, accruing extensive first-hand experience of ‘what it takes’ to maintain a successful personal training business. Initially, ‘One on One Fitness Ltd’ operated in local authority leisure centres, before Marc established his own successful chain of commercial fitness clubs in 1993. Therein, he prototyped and took to market a gym programme writing franchise business, was the first private gym operator to achieve the ISO9002 Quality Assurance kite mark, and also had his own range of gym equipment manufactured.

Marc has supported client’s with severe physical disability and trained elite athletes competing at World Championship standards. This, he has combined with maintaining his own competitive athletic career to the veteran age group; maintaining national ranking standard and representing GB in Duathlon, in the firm belief of the necessity to ‘practise what you preach’ and the self-pursuit of lifelong learning in the purist sense!
