Kazia’s PhD research will explore personal definitions of career success from the perspective of male employees working in female-dominated occupations (e.g. primary school teaching, administrative roles). Adopting a case study approach, the focus of the research will be to determine whether or not males achieve career success in these particular working environments, as they define it.
