“I chose Worcester University because it was a very nice looking campus university with impressive student accommodation, But, most of all, I chose Worcester University because it has a dedicated Creative Digital Arts Centre with all the facilities I could possibly need to develop and improve on my skills.

“The most impressive thing to me was the sheer amount of creative facilities available to the students to use within their course. This includes everything, from the video studio, sound recording and the equipment booking system.

“The community feeling in the University is also very appealing and there is, most definitely, a feeling that anyone with my course could ask one another for help or share ideas. And, in the University as a whole, you have people that are living together and you feel that everyone is very happy and content and feel connected within the community.

“What I find is special about my Creative Digital Media course is that it’s not a giant tutorial of how to do things on different programs but it’s more like a way to show how the skills are applied efficiently and successfully. You are put in learning teams so that you always have people to fall back on and help you, and you them, if needed.

“What I particularly like about the course is that you feel free to do what ever you want to do and express yourself in your own way, using your own skills, without having to worry about being negatively judged on your work. One of the things I like the most is the peer assessments, as these give you a heads-up of which direction your grade is going, as well as learning what you would have to do to improve it.”
