Research interests:

Primarily, Olympic studies, national identity and public memory, history and historiography, physical culture(s), sociology of sport, sport politics, & moral education.

I am happy to supervise post-graduate students in any of these areas, or related topics. Please feel free to contact me for an informal discussion should you be interested in post-graduate supervision within the socio-cultural, political and historical aspects of sport, physical education and leisure.
