Day Conferences

The University of Worcester offers a range of venues for day conferences, seminars, presentations, exhibitions, meetings, events and celebrations. Whether you are organising a small event or a large celebration we can offer you something to meet your requirements.

Rooms available include tiered lecture theatres which can accommodate up to 200 (400 with videolink to adjacent theatre), breakout rooms, and impressive meeting rooms which offer flexible spaces and seating options with adjacent areas for the service of lunch and /or refreshments. Many of the venues are available throughout the year and at evenings and weekends. We also have a number of other facilities for hire, including dedicated PC suites for training, dance and drama studios and a range of sporting facilities.

We are happy to work with you to create bespoke menus and events that match your requirements and can offer you a choice of options to ensure that your event is a success.

  • Premium package £28.80 inclusive of VAT
  • Standard package £22.80 inclusive of VAT (minimum 10 delegates)

These prices are is inclusive of tea/coffee on arrival, morning and afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits, water, working buffet Premium or Standard lunch, and main room hire including all AV equipment and the support of our on-site specialist AV team to ensure that your meeting runs smoothly.
